Darrell Scanlon started his cooking career in Hobart Tasmania in the early Nineties working in some of Hobart’s leading Restaurants. Using the abundance of fresh produce on hand from the Apple Isle his love of cooking matured and he embarked on his career as a chef.

Darrell has over 28 years experience as a professional Chef and 20 of those years have been working in the film industry.

During this time he has lived and worked in Japan, Spain and throughout Australia fine tuning his knowledge and understanding of International cuisine and culture.

It is essential, in this fast-paced environment to be surrounded by a professional and dedicated team who all share a genuine love of the kitchen.

I simply believe in using the freshest of local produce and that fine food is enjoyed three times: in the anticipation, in the presentation and in the fulfilment.
